What we process – and why

Enquiries via forms and email. When you write to us or book a demo, we process the information you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, your area of interest and the content of your message. The purpose is to answer your enquiry, arrange and hold demos and follow up on the dialogue. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a possible agreement and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Customer and licence relationships. If you become a customer, we also process the information necessary for the agreement, invoicing and support. Accounting records are kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

Statistics and cookies. We use cookies for traffic statistics, but only after you have given consent in the cookie banner. You can see the full overview of cookies and change or withdraw your consent at any time in our cookie declaration, linked in the footer of this site.

Recipients and processors

We do not pass your information on to third parties for their own purposes. The information is processed by our IT suppliers acting as data processors, including our hosting provider (Wannafind A/S, Denmark) and our email system. If you consent to statistics cookies, data is processed by Google on our behalf; this may involve transfers to third countries based on transfer mechanisms approved by the European Commission.

Retention

Ordinary enquiries are deleted no later than 12 months after the dialogue has ended, unless it leads to a customer relationship. Information linked to customer relationships and bookkeeping is kept for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access the information we process about you, and you can have it rectified or erased, object to the processing, request restriction and – where processing is based on consent – withdraw your consent with effect for the future. Write to info@dxt-dk.dk and we will respond as soon as possible. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency via datatilsynet.dk.

Security

The connection to staldvent.dk is encrypted (HTTPS), and access to submitted information is limited to the employees who need it.

Changes

We update this policy as needed. The date at the top shows the latest version.
